Despite her incredible efforts to negotiate alternative solutions, it was ultimately a blessing in disguise—just days after the planned closing, Hurricane Helene hit, flooding the home with over four feet of water. During the storm aftermath, she was still helping clients in need, and by fate, we found ourselves assisting an elderly couple from Cincinnati.
